The hotel's location is excellent, near to metro line 1 and the Shanghai Circus subway station. It is situated in a relatively less crowded area, which is perfect for a peaceful stay. The room was neat and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked refrigerator. The bathroom was very clean, with 24-hour hot water and good water pressure. The staff provided pleasant service, and the breakfast at the ground floor restaurant was satisfactory. the hotel offered free WiFi and a safe deposit locker for convenience.
Limited English-speaking staff at the reception desk can make communication difficult.

breakfast was fine - a great selection food. we could walk to zhabei park as it was only 1 mile away. do n't forget to explore the bund neighborhood.

Daning lingshi park and other nice tourist spots were very close to this hotel. Free parking on site was provided.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location of this place is so convenient, with the subway station and many restaurants just a short walk away. It's such a safe and pleasant neighborhood. The service was top-notch, with a comfortable bed, warm water, great room service, and friendly staff. I also loved the nice view from my room and the free Wifi.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel had a great location that was convenient to major attractions and food options. The rooms were clean, and the hotel provided free WiFi which was a huge plus. the bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
the smoking smell throughout the hotel was overwhelming and made the whole experience uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have non-smoking options available.

This hotel was perfect for my city trip! The location was spot on, close to the subway station, which made it easy to explore the city. Plus, it was surrounded by many local restaurants offering delicious meals. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made me feel at home. And the room was very clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a nice LCD TV for entertainment.
The hotel had a smoking policy, and since I'm not a smoker, I found it a bit uncomfortable as the smell was a bit strong in the room. Plus, there was not much variety in the breakfast buffet, which may be because their target market is mostly Chinese guests.
